Dear Fellow Alumni and Friends,                                                                              

This year has been another fantastic year for the Lehigh Club of Pittsburgh! From our Networking Nights at Seviche and Bossa Nova Downtown to our Class of 2012 Sendoff at the home of  Laura Kronk '82 in July, alumni from all over the Western Pennsylvania region have been able to get together, socialize and catch up with old friends. 

We will close out 2008 with our largest event - the Lehigh/Lafayette Telecast coordinated by our esteemed former president Greg Casten ’87 on Saturday, November 22nd at McFadden's Pub & Grill on the North Side of Pittsburgh next to PNC Park.

This year the Lehigh Club of Pittsburgh hosted many different events in locations throughout the city.  Throughout the year alumni came together for club meetings to discuss future events and brainstorm on getting more alumni involved.  The club hosted its 2nd annual dinner development meeting at Six Penn Kitchen on Wednesday, October 29. 

The club also continues to update its website: www.lehighclubofpittsburgh.org, which is constantly updated and reflects upcoming event information.

Personally, I would like to thank all of the volunteers that make the Lehigh Club of Pittsburgh a success particularly Lindsay Jack '02 who organized Club nights at East End Brewery, Seviche and Bossa Nova.  Her great efforts really made these events successful! On that note,

Scott Schafer '05 planned and helped organize a Pirates Baseball Game at PNC Park in September that was also very successful. 

I would like to remind alumni from all over the Western Pennsylvania region that we are always looking for new volunteers on every level.
